• Meet at the Jail: Arrange a time to meet with our licensed bail bond agent at the Palm Beach County Jail.
• Clear the Warrant: Once the warrant is verified, you’ll sign for a new court date, and the warrant will be removed from the system.
• Receive Court Date: You'll be given a copy of your new court date, which is important to keep for your records and to bring with you to court.

This process allows you to resolve your warrant without being detained or placed in handcuffs.

If you need to clear a felony warrant, you must first be fully booked into the Palm Beach County Jail. The booking process in Palm Beach County typically takes 2-6 hours, with an additional 2-6 hours for release. However, times can vary depending on the county.

• Warrant Confirmation: We will contact the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office Fugitive/Warrants Division to confirm the warrant.
• Complete the Application: If a felony warrant is active, complete an application at our office or through our online bonding system.
• Schedule a Self-Surrender: Arrange a day and time to turn yourself in at the Palm Beach County Jail.

Although the booking process is required for felony warrants, we simplify the experience to make it as stress-free as possible.
