Step 1: Locate the Defendant

First, find out where the defendant was arrested. You can use the “Inmate Locator” tab at the top of the screen to help with this. If you’re unable to locate the person, contact our professional agents at All County Bail Bonds at 561-967-0086 for assistance.

Step 2: Contact Our Agents

Once you have the location, reach out to us. In Florida, our bail bond agent will write a check to the jail where the defendant is being held. The cost is typically 10% for each bond or 15% for a federal bond, as set by the Department of Financial Services. The Indemnitor/Cosigner will sign contracts, agreeing to be responsible for the full bond amount if the defendant fails to appear in court.

Step 3: Complete the Paperwork

Our agents handle all paperwork and payments efficiently, often online for your convenience. Once you complete the documentation, our agent immediately posts the bond.

Step 4: Release of the Defendant

After we post the bond, the defendant is usually released within 2 to 6 hours, depending on the efficiency of the corrections officers and the number of people being processed.

Clearing Traffic or Misdemeanor Warrants

If you have an active traffic or misdemeanor warrant in Palm Beach County, we can help clear it through a “walk-through” process.

Here’s how it works:

• Complete Paperwork: Fill out 5 minutes of paperwork online or in person.
• Meet at the Jail: Meet our licensed bail bond agent at the Palm Beach County Jail. The walk-through process typically takes 10 to 45 minutes.
• Leave Together: You’ll leave the Palm Beach County Jail with our agent.

Clearing a Felony Warrant

To clear a felony warrant, contact Richard Rifflard at All County Bail Bonds at 561-967-0086. You will need to self-surrender at the Palm Beach County Jail.

Steps to follow:

• Confirm the Warrant: Contact us at 561-967-0086 to confirm your warrant.
• Complete the Application: Fill out our online bail bond application or visit our office. Contact us to obtain the "access code" for the online application.
• Schedule Self-Surrender: Set up a day and time to self-surrender at the Palm Beach County Jail. We recommend early mornings between 7 AM and 10 AM for the most efficient processing.

The self-surrender process typically takes 2-6 hours, depending on the county’s procedures.
